Automatically sync your employee directory from BambooHR into AssetNode.

Setup guide (6 steps)

Log in to BambooHR
Navigate to your BambooHR account at yourcompany.bamboohr.com.

Generate an API key
Click your profile icon → API Keys → Add New Key. Name it "AssetNode Integration".

Copy the API key
Copy the generated API key immediately.

Note your subdomain
Your BambooHR subdomain is the part before .bamboohr.com in your URL (e.g. "acme" for acme.bamboohr.com).

Enter credentials in AssetNode
Go to AssetNode Settings → HR Sync section → BambooHR. Enter the subdomain and API key, then click Save.

Verify sync
After saving, AssetNode will import your employee directory. The first sync may take a few minutes.
After completing setup
- Active employees from BambooHR will be automatically created and updated in AssetNode.
- Employee name, email, department, job title, and location are synced.
- BambooHR's directory API returns only active employees by default.
