HiBob HR Integration
Automatically sync employees from HiBob into AssetNode. Active employees will be created and kept up to date.

Setup guide (6 steps)

Log in to HiBob
Navigate to app.hibob.com and sign in with your administrator account.

Create a Service User
Go to Settings → Integrations → Service Users → Add a new service user. Name it "AssetNode Integration".

Set permissions
Grant read-only access to "People" data. This is the minimum required permission.

Generate an API token
Under the service user, generate a new API token. Copy both the Service User ID and the API token.

Enter credentials in AssetNode
Go to AssetNode Settings → HR Sync section → HiBob. Enter the Service User ID and API token, then click Save.

Verify sync
After saving, AssetNode will begin importing your employee list. The first sync may take a few minutes.
After completing setup
- Active employees from HiBob will be automatically created in AssetNode.
- Employee name, email, department, job title, site, and start date are synced.
- The sync only imports active employees (inactive employees are excluded).
